We are currently recruiting Counterbalance Forklift Drivers to join a major logistics operation based in Foston.We have immediate inductions and starts available, with regular, ongoing work and excellent opportunities for progression. Current and expired forklift licences will be considered.
As a Counterbalance Forklift Driver, your duties will include:
- Loading and unloading trailers safely and efficiently
- Moving and handling stock throughout the warehouse
- Conducting quality inspections
- Using RF scanning equipment
- Supporting stock control and rotation
- Following all warehouse health and safety procedures
- Maintaining a safe and organised working environment
The successful candidate will have:
- A valid Counterbalance Forklift Truck licence; expired licences may also be considered
- Previous experience working in a warehouse or logistics environment
- The flexibility to work rotating or fixed shifts
- Good literacy and numeracy skills
- A strong work ethic and reliable approach to attendance
- The ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
Shift Patterns & Pay3-Shift Rotation – £15.32 per hour
- Nights: 10:00pm – 6:00am
- Afternoons: 2:00pm – 10:00pm
- Earlies: 6:00am – 2:00pm
Fixed Nights – £16.98 per hour
- 10:00pm – 6:00am
Fixed Early & Afternoon Shifts – £14.36 per hour
- 6:00am – 2:00pm
- 2:00pm – 10:00pm
