Resident Care Support Worker – Mental Health & Dementia

Hatzfeld Care Ltd provides high quality residential and day care through our specialised mental health, Dementia care and residential care services. The Support Worker will work as part of a team, supporting the residents of the home and encouraging independence in line with residents’ wishes and the requirements of the management.

This is a full-time role, including days and nights in rotation, with two weekends every four weeks.
