End-of-Life Care Support Assistant — Hospice

Buckinghamshire Healthcare NHS Trust’s Florence Nightingale Hospice in Aylesbury is seeking a compassionate Healthcare Support Worker to provide high-quality, person-centred palliative and end-of-life care alongside a multidisciplinary team. The role is Band 3, part-time 34.5 hours with rotation to nights, long days, weekends and bank holidays.
