The East Area Out of Hours District Nursing Service covers Wrexham, Flintshire and border areas. Band 5 nurses work across a 7-day service with hours from 18:00 to 08:00.
The service aims to respond to patients and families promptly, avoid unnecessary hospital admissions, and provide guidance when other help is unavailable. Induction and career development opportunities are available.
