Community Nurse — Flexible Hours & NHS Benefits

Sirona care & health CIC in Bristol is seeking a Community Nurse (Band 5) to join our Integrated Neighbourhood Teams. You will provide nursing care in patients’ homes, work within a multi-disciplinary team and develop competencies within NHS standards.

Shift patterns are 8am-4pm and 12noon-8pm, with no long days. We offer Agenda for Change salary, full NHS benefits, 27+ days’ annual leave and NHS Pension Scheme.
