Senior OT for Community Rehab & Dementia Care

LSCFT is seeking an enthusiastic clinician to join the Community Rehabilitation Service. The role involves working in an integrated MDT with Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistants to assess patients in an intermediate care setting and support their return to the community.

Applicants should have HCPC registration and a Degree/Diploma in Occupational Therapy, with CPD evidence. A strong commitment to dementia and cognitive care, plus excellent communication and teamwork,
