Senior Care Lead – Shift Supervisor & Mentor

CrossReach is seeking a Senior Care Worker to balance hands-on care with leadership responsibilities. You will lead shifts, coordinate care delivery and mentor colleagues, while maintaining high standards of person-centred care.

The role requires SVQ Level 3, and you should be willing to pursue SVQ Level 4. PVG and SSSC registration are mandatory, with entitlement to work in the UK. This is shift work, including some weekends.
