Senior Social Worker — Hybrid, Community Care & Safeguarding

West Sussex County Council is seeking an experienced Social Worker/Senior Social Worker to perform strengths-based assessments in complex cases and develop personalised support plans. The role involves safeguarding duties, partnership work with carers and agencies, and implementing outcomes to improve wellbeing.

The office base is Arun Civic Centre with hybrid work options. A degree in social work and Social Work England registration are required, with driving licence desirable.
