Redditch Borough Council (shared with Bromsgrove District Council) seeks staff to support their Financial Support Team across Redditch and Bromsgrove offices. You will process Housing Benefits, Council Tax Reduction and related payments and provide guidance to help customers improve financial independence.

The role requires GCSEs (4-9) or equivalent with Maths and English, ICT experience, and a willingness to innovate.
