Grounds Maintenance Pro — Landscaping & Outdoor Care

Sodexo is seeking a Grounds Maintenance Operative for our Twycross site (CV9 3QN). You will perform grass cutting, hedge trimming, planting and gardening tasks to keep the estate neat and safe.

You’ll work outdoors in all weather, follow safety rules and assist with general facilities tasks while supporting a positive, sustainable work environment. Experience in grounds maintenance or landscaping is preferred; a full UK driving license is a plus.
