Assistant Retail Manager – Community-Driven Store Leader

Salvation Army Trading Company Ltd (SATCoL) is seeking a hands-on Assistant Manager to support the centre’s daily operations, donations processing and collections for shops. You will help drive the repair and reuse service and contribute to community impact, with DBS checks required for staff and volunteers.

You will lead by example, respond to customer queries, assist recruitment and training, and uphold SATCoL’s high standards.
