Senior Building Maintenance Surveyor – Housing Asset

Royal Borough of Greenwich in Thamesmead, London, is recruiting a Building Maintenance Surveyor (PO4) to join the Repairs and Investment Section. You will undertake technical surveying, contract management and asset planning to maintain and improve housing stock, ensuring safety, energy efficiency and value for residents.
