Climb Centre: Customer Service & Guest Support

Bandai Namco Amusement Europe Ltd’s Clip n Climb in the Metrocentre, Gateshead, is recruiting four Customer Service Assistants. You’ll be on the front line, welcoming guests, guiding them through safety briefings and helping create a fun, safe environment for climbers of all ages.

We’re looking for enthusiastic team players who can work weekends and school holidays, with a focus on customer care, reception support, and café duties as needed.
