South East London Estate Caretaker

L&Q Living is seeking an experienced Caretaker to join the Estate Services team at sites in South East London (SE8 and surrounding postcodes). The role is site-based with a 35-hour week and requires a driving presence to support responsive resident services.

You will maintain communal areas, perform small repairs, and liaise with residents and contractors while prioritising health, safety, and security. DBS check is required; driving is a stated requirement.
