Buy It Direct is one of the UK’s leading online retailers. As our Appliances, Better Bathrooms, Furniture123 and Laptops businesses continue to grow, we’re expanding our Home Delivery & Installation team in Crawley.
We’re looking for reliable, customer-focused Delivery Drivers to join our growing team. You will be delivering white goods, electrical items and furniture to a customer’s room of choice.
Your 4- day working week will be between Monday to Friday, with occasional weekend work required during peak periods.
For those with the right attitude and technical mindset, there is a clear progression pathway into an Electrical Driver Installer role, no previous installation experience required.
We’ll provide full training. You bring the drive to learn and develop.

What You’ll Be Doing
- Delivering goods safely using a 3.5-tonne vehicle
- Providing a professional, friendly service in customers’ homes
- Completing digital paperwork and delivery records accurately
- Maintaining vehicle cleanliness and roadworthiness
- Handling appliances and electrical goods safely
Are you:
- A dependable and safety-conscious driver
- Customer-focused with great communication skills
- Comfortable with manual handling and physically active work
- Reliable, punctual and able to work independently
- Keen to develop technical skills and build a long-term career
What We’re Looking For
- Full UK driving licence (maximum 6 penalty points)
- Delivery experience is beneficial but not essential
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn installation skills
