Live-In Head Chef – Craft Bold Seasonal Menus & Lead the Team

The Cock Tavern in Fulham Broadway is seeking a Live-In Head Chef to write menus, lead a kitchen team, and deliver high-quality dishes using seasonal produce. You’ll work with the food vision of the business and have autonomy to create your own menus and specials.

You’ll manage costs, controls and GP while keeping health and safety at the top. This role includes live-in accommodation above the pub and access to staff development programs, masterclasses and benefits such as meals and staff
