London Store Floor Lead & Keyholder

SEZANE is seeking a Keyholder to join our London retail team. You will be responsible for delivering a unique customer experience in-store, guiding the floor team, and acting as an ambassador for the brand on a daily basis.

You will manage floor activity, train new staff, and ensure merchandise standards while supporting omnichannel sales and maintaining a positive, collaborative work environment.
