Hybrid Sales & Customer Support Advisor

Baxi Heating UK Limited is seeking a Sales & Customer Service Advisor based in Warwick. This fixed-term role combines customer service, after-sales support and sales opportunities, with hybrid working 50% in-office and 50% remote.

You will handle calls and emails, identify solutions, and promote Baxi services while maintaining high standards of customer experience. Training is provided and Saturdays are on a rota basis.
