An established civil engineering and utilities contractor is looking for an experiencedProject Manager to take responsibility for water and wastewater projects across Greater Dublin and the surrounding counties.
Youll manage multiple live projects, lead an existing team and have a direct influence on how works are planned, delivered and commercially managed.

The job in a nutshell:
Youll oversee water and sewer connection projects across urban and rural environments, keeping a close eye on programme, technical requirements, costs and client expectations.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Managing multiple water and wastewater projects, particularly within busy urban environments.
- Leading project teams and coordinating subcontractors, suppliers and internal departments.
- Acting as the main point of contact for clients and their representatives.
- Preparing cost-to-complete forecasts and supporting claims with clear narratives.
- Reviewing drawings and designs to identify practical improvements and value engineering opportunities.
- Coordinating design information from concept through to detailed proposals.
- Reviewing construction methods and the practical delivery of complex works.
- Managing site investigation works.
- Producing clear progress reports and identifying the actions needed to keep projects moving.
Should you apply?
If you have experience managingwater or wastewater civil engineering projects, can lead a team and understand the commercial side of delivery, this is worth a conversation.
Youll need:
- Experience with UK or Irish water standards covering potable water and foul drainage.
- A full, clean driving licence.
- Strong planning, organisation and communication skills.
- The confidence to manage clients, subcontractors and competing project deadlines.
- The ability to assess technical information and identify practical solutions.
A relevant qualification is desirable.
