The Halfway House is a rural, family run business which has been a long standing part of the community for over 100 years. Work pattern
As Bar manager we can offer a range of shifts depending on the business fluctuation and personal needs but this is a full time position so there is job security
Day to Day Duties
As bar manager you will be responsible for the beverage side of the business, drinks menus, cocktails, staff training and general business operations. As part of our management team you will be hands on in insuring the smooth running of restaurant service and functions. You will also be responsible for keeping margins tight and stock levels at an acceptable level
Personal Experience
We are looking for someone with at least 5 years experience in the industry preferably in a similar venue as ours if not busier
