Cleaning Operative – Northcliffe, Monday – Friday – 12.00pm – 20.00pm

The Role
We are seeking a reliable and motivatedCleaning Operativeto join our team at one of our prestigious client sites in London . Working as part of our professionalcleaning team, you will play a key role in ensuring the workplace is clean, safe, and presentable at all times.
Main Duties
- To supervise the day and evening cleaning operatives.
- Carry out cleaning duties following agreed processes, systems of work, and industry standards.
- Take ownership of the quality of your work within your allocated tasks.
- Respond to problems or queries promptly and effectively.
- Provide assistance in line with the service level agreement and instructions from your Manager
- Perform any additional duties required within the cleaning scope.
- Support colleagues where needed to deliver an excellent service.
- Ensure adhoc tasks are covered for regularly meeting requests and company events.
- Inspect facilities regularly and run audits to fix any cleaning shortfalls.
- Make sure teams follow health and safety rules and use protective gear correctly.
