Architectural Officer: Building Design & Refurbishment Lead

Service Care Solutions Ltd is recruiting an Architectural Officer for a Local Authority in the North East on a temporary contract (37 hours/week). The role requires hands‑on design delivery, strong AutoCAD skills and experience across new-build, refurbishment and capital projects.

You will undertake surveys, produce drawings, prepare schemes and contract docs, liaise with the design team and stakeholders, and ensure CDM and health & safety requirements are met.
