M365 Support Engineer | L1/L2 | Reading (On‑Site)

Avanade UK is seeking a support engineer to deliver Microsoft 365 L1/L2 support for our customers in Reading. You will take ownership of tickets, ensure SLAs are met, and liaise closely with customers to keep them updated on progress.

You will work with our Delivery Centre team to support a wide range of industries and deployments. Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and related tools is essential, and availability for full-time on-site work is expected.
