Site Supervisor – Solar PV

12-month minimum contract

£400/day – Outside IR35

Milton Keynes – Full-time on site

Are you an experienced Site Supervisor with a background in ground-mounted Solar PV? Are you looking for your next contract opportunity?

Job Summary:

We are currently recruiting for an experienced Site Supervisor to support the delivery of a large-scale ground-mounted Solar PV project in Milton Keynes.

You will be responsible for supervising subcontractors, managing day-to-day site activities and ensuring the project is delivered safely, on time and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise subcontractors and daily site activities
• Oversee ground-mounted Solar PV installation works
• Ensure HSQE and CDM requirements are met
• Deliver toolbox talks and monitor site safety
• Monitor workmanship and installation quality
• Report progress, risks, delays and issues to the Project Manager
• Support snagging, quality checks and project completion
• Act as the main on-site contact for subcontractors and suppliers

Essential Experience:

• 3–5 years’ site supervision experience
• Ground-mounted Solar PV experience – essential
• Experience working on large-scale solar or renewable energy projects
• Strong subcontractor management experience
• Good understanding of HSQE and UK construction regulations
• Ability to read technical drawings and specifications
• Strong leadership and communication skills
• SMSTS – essential
• First Aid – essential

Desirable:

• IOSH / NEBOSH
• Experience working on large-scale renewable energy projects
• Strong site quality and snagging experience
