Senior Trust & Private Wealth Associate | Jersey
We are working with a Top Tier Offshore firm in Jersey who are looking for a Senior Associate to join their highly regarded Trusts & Private Wealth team.
This is an excellent opportunity for a senior lawyer to work on high-value, complex and international private wealth matters, advising HNW and UHNW individuals, families, trustees and institutions.
The team has an exceptional reputation in the offshore market and offers exposure to a broad range of sophisticated work, including:
▪️ Complex trust structures
▪️ Estate and succession planning
▪️ Wealth structuring
▪️ Contentious and non-contentious trusts
▪️ Multi-jurisdictional private wealth matters
We are looking for:
4+ PQE
England & Wales, Scotland, Ireland, Australia or New Zealand qualified
Strong Trusts & Private Wealth experience
Experience from a leading onshore or offshore firm
Excellent academics and strong technical ability
Genuine interest in relocating to Jersey
