Mildmay Oaks offersvaried clinical experience in a supportive, established serviceacross Low Secure Units, Locked Rehabilitation, and BespokeTherapeutic Placements, supporting adults with learningdisabilities and/or autism. The service is easily accessible bypublic transport via the Farnborough–Basingstoke line and nearbyWinchfield Station.
Whatyou’ll be doing
In this role, youwill play a key part in patient recovery, supporting the assessmentand delivery of tailored treatment plans while ensuring dignity,respect, and high standards ofcare.You willalso:
- Manage and deliver speech andlanguage therapy care plans, including assessment, treatment, andprogress tracking.
- Supervise juniorstaff and work within a multidisciplinary team, ensuring safe,policy-compliant practice.
- Communicatewith patients, families, and professionals throughoutrehabilitation.
- Support servicedevelopment by promoting therapy, implementing new techniques, andensuring cost-effective care.

What you’ll bring to therole
EssentialThis role requires a relevant degree, HCPCregistration, and a postgraduate qualification from RCSLT. Thesuccessful candidate will have relevant experience, including somein a specialist area, and skills in working with patients withdysphagia and carrying outassessments.
