As a Registered Nurse (RGN/RMN) with Barchester, youll play a vital role in delivering outstanding care across both our care homes and hospital services. Youll support residents and patients with a wide range of physical, psychological, and social needs, ensuring they receive the dignity, respect, and clinical excellence they deserve.

ABOUT YOU
Current NMC registration (RGN/RMN)
Strong knowledge of up-to-date clinical practices
Experience in producing care plans and detailed risk assessments
Understanding of regulatory frameworks (DoLs/MCA, Royal Pharmaceutical guidelines)
Compassionate, person-centred approach with a commitment to excellence
