Warehouse Operative – Night Shift

Shift: MondayFriday, 22:00 – 06:00Location: Luton Hub

The Delivery Group, one of the UKs fastest-growing e-commerce and postal logistics companies, is seeking reliable and motivated Warehouse Operatives to join our expanding team.

Key Responsibilities

• Load and operate sorting machinery
• Sort, scan and process parcels/mail accurately
• Palletising goods as instructed
• Meet productivity targets and quality standards
• Ensure timely dispatch and correct routing
• Maintain a safe, clean working environment

What Were Looking For

• Previous warehouse / logistics experience (desirable)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Team player with a proactive, can-do attitude
• Good numeracy and literacy skills
• Flexible and able to work overtime/weekends if required
