An exciting opportunity to join an established FM building services company based in the City. CBW Staffing Solutions are currently recruiting for two foot mobile engineers to be based in commercial buildings in Central London on a temp ongoing basis. He or she will be required to carry out planned and reactive building maintenance covering multiple buildings. The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance and have proven track record in building maintenance.
Hours of work / Information
Monday to Friday – 8am – 5pmFoot Mobile, covering 3-4 buildings Commercial and ResidentialBased around zones 1 & 2 ( travel card provided )Temporary ongoing£26p/h
Key duties & Responsibilities
Air Conditioning – Air Handling Units / Fan Coil Unit (Filter changes, cleaning)Dealing with all aspects of maintenance & cooling towers & signing off work complete for an auditChillers – ResetWater Treatment (Temperature checks / Not dosing)Plumbing – Unblocking toiletsPumps, motorsWater TreatmentBMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & Colds)UPS Systems – Monitor / Take readingsLighting (Small installation, xwwtmva Fault-finding, Lamping, Changing ballast, Control panel, Power distribution)Emergency lightingRequirements
Must be able to provide copies of your trade certificatesMechanically / Plumbing qualified – City & Guilds Level 2&3 etcA proven track record in commercial building maintenanceGood communication skillsClient FacingImmediately available or able to start at short notice
