Basic understanding of Networking, DNS, DHCP and TCP/IP
Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Excellent communication and customer service skills
Genuine interest in Networking, Cloud and modern technology
Proactive attitude with a strong desire to learn and progress
VoIP / Telecoms experience is desirable but not essential
