Work is primarily based from their Service Desk, with onsite customer visits required when needed across Cambridgeshire and the surrounding areas.Key skills required:Proven experience in a IT support role within an MSPProficiency supporting Windows 10/11 desktop environmentsBasic networking understanding, including network maintenance and monitoringWorking knowledge of servers and key functions such as Active Directory and GPOWorking knowledge of software deployment and management systemsWorking knowledge of Microsoft 365Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicleDesirable: firewall configuration, VLANs and subnetting, Intune/Endpoint Manager, Hyper-V/VMwareAs a business, they provide a full range of IT solutions and services to SME, Public Sector, and charity clients across Cambridgeshire, East Anglia, and the Southeast. An Enhanced DBS check will be required prior to starting this role.Here you will be joining a supportive team that has heavily invested in Service Desk automation to streamline daily tasks, giving you more time to focus on building strong customer relationships. There’s also the opportunity to join the project team, supporting and implementing large-scale IT and infrastructure projects.
