Joselyn Search are currently recruiting for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer to work as part of an engineering team based across a commercial estate.
The ideal candidate will have experience carrying out planned and reactive building maintenance within a large commercial building environment and will have a strong understanding of Facilities Maintenance with a proven track record in commercial building services.
This position would be ideal for an Electrical Maintenance Engineer with a strong multiskilled engineering background who is currently in a similar position. Key duties & Responsibilities
Lighting (Small installation, Fault-finding, Lamping, etc)Emergency lighting testsControl PanelsChanging BallastBMS System – Monitor (i.e. Hot & cold)Carry out all aspects of M&E/Fabric maintenanceMaintain and update Log books

Monday to Friday – 08:00 / 17:00Basic Salary of up to £50,000. No Call Out Required25 days holiday + Bank Holidays
