RoseCourt is a residential service located in Luton, which supports 11adults, including autistic people and individuals with a learningdisability. We are on a quiet street, near the towncentre.
This is a full-time role working 40hours per week.

We’re looking for a CQC Registered HomeManager who can combine strong leadership with a genuine commitmentto person-centred care.
As the CQC Registered Manager at Priory, youwill take overall responsibility for the home, overseeing all areasincluding budgets, quality, compliance, and the delivery ofoutstanding care. You will support and inspire your team to ensureresidents receive the highest standards of care, helping themachieve their goals, develop skills, gain confidence, and engage inmeaningful activities within the community.

Responsibilities:
- Lead the home with warmth, professionalism, and strongleadership, fostering a culture of care, respect, andinclusion.
- Manage budgets, resources, andoperational processes to maintain high standards and achieveservice success.
- Ensure the home meets alllegal, statutory, and regulatory requirements, including CQCstandards, health & safety, and licensing.
- Oversee documentation, nursing records, and care plans,ensuring accuracy, compliance, and best practice.
- Develop your team through training, motivation, andsupport, promoting professional growth and high-qualitycare.
- Innovate and continually improve theservices we provide, delivering person-centred care that trulymakes a difference.

- L5 Diploma in Health& Social Care or equivalent (or be working towards)
- Commitment to delivering high-quality, person-centredcare.
- Previous experience in a managerial rolewithin a similar environment.
- Strong knowledgeof regulatory standards and quality assurance.
- Excellent organisational, communication, anddecision-making skills.
- Flexibility, a“can-do” attitude, and the ability to inspire others.
