Location: Rotherham / Brinsworth Salary: £35,000 – £40,000 + 33% Night Shift Allowance Night Shift: Sunday–Thursday
Join a growing manufacturing business as a Night Shift Supervisor, leading a team across machining and wrapping operations. This is a great opportunity for a strong people leader who understands a CNC/machining production environment and is confident managing a busy manufacturing team.
About the Role:
• Lead and motivate the night shift team• Oversee machining and wrapping operations• Manage production, quality, efficiency and daily targets• Support training, development and continuous improvement• Maintain high standards of Health & Safety
What We’re Looking For:
• Previous people management or supervisory experience is essential• Understanding of CNC/machining or a similar manufacturing environment• Strong manufacturing/engineering background• Good communication and problem-solving skills• Confident, proactive and able to lead from the front
