Signal invites a qualified lawyer to join its in-house Legal team as Legal Counsel, Commercial & Data. The role focuses on commercial contracting and data licensing, reporting to the VP Legal, collaborating with Sales, Product, Data and Technology.
You will independently manage negotiations on data licensing, SaaS and technology agreements, vendor contracts, APIs and order forms across the Group, ensuring commercial terms align with data usage and product realities.
