Strategic People Partner, Scotland Operations (Hybrid)

SGN in the UK is seeking a Senior People Partner to drive performance, engagement, and organisational effectiveness across Scotland Operations. You will partner with senior leaders to shape people strategies, workforce planning, and talent management.

Reporting to the Operations People Director, the role involves guiding employee relations, TU relationships, and leading leadership development initiatives while supporting the People team’s transformation.
