Senior Multi-Site Logistics Director

Great Bear is seeking 3 commercially focused Business Directors to lead a multi-site operation across the UK. The role targets delivering safe, high-quality and commercially sustainable performance, aligning activity to the Group strategy and driving profitability.

You will own full P&L delivery, optimise costs, improve productivity and utilise assets across warehouse, fleet and labour. Lead senior teams and nurture talent to support growth and service excellence.
