We are seeking an experienced and commercially focused Head of Digital Marketing to lead our client’s digital strategy and drive measurable growth across their digital channels.
This is a senior leadership opportunity for a strategic, data-driven marketer who can combine big-picture thinking with hands-on digital expertise and make a direct impact on commercial performance.
The Role
You will be responsible for:
- Developing and delivering the overall digital marketing strategy in line with commercial objectives.
- Leading digital acquisition across SEO, PPC, paid social, content and other key channels.
- Driving website performance, CRO, customer journeys and digital engagement.
- Using data and analytics to measure performance, optimise campaigns and demonstrate ROI.
- Managing digital budgets, agencies and external partners.
- Identifying new digital opportunities, technologies and channels to support growth.
- Working closely with the Commercial Director and senior leadership team to align digital activity with wider business objectives.
- Leading, developing and inspiring the digital marketing team.
About You
We’re looking for a senior digital marketing professional with a proven track record of delivering growth through digital marketing.
You will have:
- Previous experience in a Head of Digital, Digital Marketing Director or senior digital marketing role.
- Strong knowledge across SEO, PPC, paid social, analytics and CRO.
- A commercial, data-led approach with a strong understanding of ROI.
- Experience managing agencies, budgets and digital marketing teams.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.
- A proactive and innovative approach to digital marketing.
