Strategic HR Business Partner – 14-Month FTC (Multi-Site)

GBR Recruitment Ltd in Lincolnshire is seeking a true HR Business Partner to lead HR/ER services across our client’s business on a 14-month FTC starting week of 21/09/26. You will partner with SMT/Directors and drive people strategies.

As an autonomous 360-degree HR generalist, you will own OD, talent management, recruitment, payroll oversight, and ensure UK employment compliance while supporting multiple sites and travel as required.
