You will manage the Hinckley branch – £1.8m / 4 man branch. The branch has a showroom also.
They sell mainly Heating & Plumbing products. Brands include Adey, Fernox, Scalemaster, Ideal, Wilo, Arctic, Ideal Standard, Bristan, BWT, Rothenberger.
The focus will be on improving sales performance, profitability, operational efficiency, stock management, customer service, and team development, while ensuring the branch meets its commercial objectives and delivers excellent service to its customers.

Person
You will have experience either leading a plumbers merchant or working within a branch as a strong number 2. You will understand how a merchant functions with regards stock, operations, sales, customer relations etc.
