Senior Palliative Care Support Worker – Community

St Peters Hospice is recruiting Senior Palliative Care Support Workers to join the Hospice at Home team, delivering community-based care across Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire. The role requires independent working, strong communication and IT skills, and a compassionate approach to end-of-life care.

You will work flexible shifts, including weekends and some nights, with clear pay progression and Band 3 equivalent salary (£25,760–£27,476 per annum) and access to NHS pension
