Impactful Mental Health & Substance Use Support Worker

BRC Jobs in Swansea is seeking a Mental Health & Substance Use Support Worker to join a dedicated team. This full-time role (35 hours) focuses on providing person-centred support to adults facing mental health challenges and substance use issues, helping them build confidence and independence.

You’ll work closely with service users and professionals to manage wellbeing, access health and community services, and support recovery plans.
