Youth Substance Use Outreach Specialist

Barnardo’s Cymru is seeking a Project Worker 2 to join the Cyfle Children and Young People’s Substance Use Service in Denbighshire and Conwy. You will work directly with children and young people affected by substance use, mental health and wellbeing challenges, providing both one-to-one and group interventions and supporting families.

The role involves delivering targeted interventions, ongoing assessments, and collaboration with schools, health and social care partners.
