Nurturing Residential Family Support Worker (Casual)

Mikare Family Services in Weston-super-Mare is seeking a compassionate Family Support Worker to join our residential team at Ashcombe House. This sessional/bank role focuses on supporting parents and children during placements, helping families develop parenting skills and engage in evidence-based assessments.

You will work with a multi-disciplinary team, observe and record interactions, and contribute to care plans while safeguarding children.
