OT Triage Officer — Hybrid Remote/Office Role

St Helens Council is recruiting an Occupational Therapy Duty Officer for Contact Cares, Reablement and Occupational Therapy. You will triage referrals to the Occupational Therapy Team and interact with service users, family members and professionals to gather information for the triage process.

The role requires excellent listening and communication skills, confidence in building rapport over the phone, and competence with IT systems (Word, Excel) and the council’s case recording system.
