Trauma-Informed Residential Care Worker (Youth)

ionic Recruitment is seeking compassionate Residential Support Workers to join a specialist children’s home in Leyland, supporting young people aged 6 to 16 with Emotional and Behavioural Difficulties (EBD).

This full-time, permanent role involves a residential rota including sleep-ins. You will apply trauma-informed approaches, build positive relationships, and help young people develop emotional regulation, routines, and healthy coping strategies.
