Dementia Activity Lead — Flexible, Impactful Day Program

Cambrian Green Dementia Day Service, owned and operated by South Gloucestershire Council, provides high-quality day support for people living with dementia. As a Dementia Activity Coordinator you will plan and run a varied programme of activities to keep service users active, engaged and connected.

You will lead staff, assess preferences, maintain records and ensure safety and person-centred care, working with health professionals and volunteers to deliver positive outcomes for attendees.
