Trauma-Informed Family Support Worker — Hybrid Role

Exeter Community Initiatives is seeking a Family Support Worker for its Cornwall-based Family Resource project. The role involves travelling and working from home, supporting families, and engaging with parents and young people to access services and develop new skills.

You will work face-to-face and online, upholding safeguarding practices and liaising with partner agencies. The post is fixed-term until 31 March 2028, 10 hours per week during term time, with salary £27,315 pro-rata (£6,599.15).
