Labour Ward Coordinator & Clinical Leader

University College London Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust is seeking an experienced midwife to join the leadership team as a Labour Ward Coordinator, overseeing the Labour Ward, theatres and triage to ensure safe, compassionate care for women, babies and families.

As a Band 7 clinical and operational leader, you will manage staffing, patient flow and workforce development, collaborating with a multidisciplinary team to drive quality, governance and service improvement across the maternity service.
