Community Mental Health Nurse — Flexible Training & Growth

The Hampshire and Isle of Wight Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is inviting applications for a Registered Mental Health Nurse to join the Community Mental Health Team (CMHT) covering Bordon, Petersfield and the Strawberry Primary Care Network in Havant.

You will assess, plan, implement and evaluate nursing care, supervise staff and coordinate care for a defined group of service users. Newly qualified nurses are welcome, and we offer in-house training and flexible working opportunities.
